该产品能把铁液中的渣聚集在一起，便于清理，且覆盖在铁液的表面起到不定期的短时保温作用， 特别是对于电炉熔炼后期去除电炉表面的渣，能有效的把电炉熔炼中产生的渣粘连在一起，非常便于 扒渣清理，降低了工人的扒渣难度和工作量，并且不粘连电炉壁。该产品不易扬尘，一定程度上减少 了产品的使用量和工人的健康保障。本产品具有不破坏铁液的成分，不粘连铁水包、短时保温，延长 铁水包耐火材料的使用寿命等特点。

使用方法：Instructions  for  Use

1、将该产品均匀的撒在铁液表面，本产品会在几秒内迅速膨胀10-12倍，吸咐铁液里面的渣。

2、将该产品放在铁水包的底部，然后冲入铁液。标准使用量：每吨铁液0.3-1kg 除渣剂的种类和使用范围：本产品分为铸铁类和铸钢类

2.The product can be placed at the bottom of the ladle,and then molten iron can be poured into it.Standard usage:0.3-1 kg per ton of molten iron.
